We had designed this line with extrem compact dimensions to guarantee high output on smallest possible footprint.

User interface
Our user interface is sinple, fast and logical. Excellent visualization helps to reduce the risk of operator error and makes error tracing and recobvery a piece of cake. The Windows based software is tailorable for different languages even during production. It is also tailorable for different operators, different levels and different processes.

Cooling track
In the cooling station shown on side a constant luminar air flow cools the substrate down to the exact needed temperature ｡V the tolerance lies within 1｢XC.

Perfect quality is always the best selling argument. As well for our partners as well for us. With the optional Inkjet printer our customer can inline print a report to verify the perfect quality of the products. |

Metallizer
In house developed metallizing technology is integrated in the e-star 4000 line. The Krauss-Maffei metallizer series KM1 stands for it｡ｦs compact size and speed.
A extremely small chamber volume enables shortest pump times to assure short cycles. Reliable handlings ensure long maintenance intervals and thus high uptime.
The metallizer is fully integrated into the Krauss-Maffei controls for easy process settings.

UV-spin coating
For spin coating a high precision is decisive. Our spin-cup is powered by a volumetric pump for exact doing. The spin cup is driven by a servo motor at a speed of 6000 rpm.

UV curing
Our UV-lamp is beded in a special mirrored corridor where all ray of light is focused on the disc. Our development leads to homogenous drying at a very low temperature. Because of the homogenous temperature at any part of the disc the tilt is going against zero.
And with a current consumption of 2 kW only less energy is required to achieve excellent UV-curing.

Final inspection
The inegrated scanner checks the products on optical and mechanical defects. The scanner from dr. Schwab are fully inline compatible and easy to operate via our user interface. Scanner from dr. Schwab disinguish themselves by high resolution optics for precise defect detection and self-calibrating for quick installation.
As well the scanner is easy to replace, so our partners can choose which supplier they want to get comparable reports from all their lines with scanners from only one supplier.
After scanning the CDs / DVD-5 s are indexed in our 6-folder spindle system. The line signalize the operator when all spindles are going to be filled completely to prevent the line from stopping production.
